No, we are an appointment only salon. Our stylist's schedules fill up fast, and typically don’t have the openings required for same day appointments. We recommend always calling ahead of time to ensure you are able to book with your stylist in a timely manner.
All of our services are a la carte, meaning service prices stack. The prices for all color services are starting prices and may change based on extra product used.
If you know you are running late to your appointment, please call the salon and let us know. Anything past 15 minutes late may require you to reschedule your appointment, based on the stylists schedule for the day.
No, our commission stylists don't offer online booking. If you would like to book, you can call the salon or message us on social media. However, our booth rent stylists do offer online booking, and their links are available on our about page!
We recommend coming to your appointment with clean, dry hair, and some inspiration pictures! Also, try not to wear bulky clothing, like hoodies and dangly earrings.
If you don't know what to book for, we can schedule you a free 15 minute consultation. This allows you to talk to your stylist about your hair goals, budget, and appointment availability.
We take our last appointments at 5pm, so our closing times may differ based on when our stylists get done.

Yes! We offer physical gift cards that can be purchased in the salon, or we can add money to a clients account that would act as an e-gift card.
We do offer I-tip and clip-in extension install, by consultation only.
