We ask that you give us a 48 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, so that our stylists have time to fill any openings in their busy schedules.
All cancellations made after 48 hours or any no shows will be subject to a loss of deposit or be required to pay 50% of the scheduled service before rebooking. Any cancellation or no show fee will be charged to the card on file.
We understand that emergencies happen that may not allow for a 48 hour notice, and we will do our best to accommodate those situations.
Reminder texts or calls are sent prior to your appointment to try to help avoid any cancellation fees. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment you can call the salon, respond to the reminder text / call, or message the salon's social media pages (Facebook or Instagram).
By booking an appointment with us, you are agreeing to the cancellation and no show policy.
If you are unhappy with the results of your service and inquire with the salon within 7 days of your appointment, we will schedule a free fix or adjustment within reason. If inquiry is made after the 7 days, it voids the free fix policy.
All clients will be required to put a card on file before making an appointment. Your card will not be charged when making an appointment. It will only be charged when there is a last minute cancellation or no show.
Your card information is encrypted in the booking system, and is not visible to anyone in the salon.
Large services such as color corrections, fashion shades, extensions, etc. require a consultation before booking an appointment.
Our consultations are free and usually take no longer than 15 minutes. This helps our stylists to get a better understanding of what your hair goals are, as well as give you an accurate price estimate.
If you're unsure about the style or color your looking for, we encourage you to book a consultation with one of our stylists!
If your appointment requires a consultation, your stylist may ask you to sign a color consent form. This just ensures that you and your stylist are on the same page when it comes to your desired look and the steps it will take to achieve that.
We ask that you do not bring children to the salon unless they have a scheduled appointment. We work with hot tools, chemicals, and sharp objects that create safety hazards.
We love our kiddos, but they can become a distraction to other stylists and clients. We want you and everyone else to have the best experience possible.
All of our stylists have the right to refuse services. We do not tolerate any inappropriate or disrespectful behavior to any of our staff or clientele. Anyone demonstrating this behavior will be asked to leave without continuation of their scheduled service.
